A new kitchen has now been installed complete with dishwasher, new crockery and appliances. We have also put in a new 29 inch TV and DVD player. DVDs can be obtained from the local video/dvd rental shops closeby. We have also upgraded other parts of the property, including some new artwork that has been completed by a painter who has used as a canvas the old kitchen doors amongst other things!!

You have 180 degree view water views from the house. The view encompasses both ends of Orewa Beach, Hatfields Beach, Kawau Island with Little Barrier beyond, to Coromandel and along the Whangaparaoa Peninsula to Red Beach.

High tides illumined by a full moon can lap the edge of the lawn. It is not your private beach, but it may feel like it in the early morning, as you watch the sun rise in your personal theatre of sand, sea and sky.
